With extensive experience in transaction modeling, portfolio reporting, and corporate forecasting, Yatin has advised clients on deals and investments across multiple industries and geographies. He has led the creation of FAB Models — Forecast, Actual, Budget frameworks that not only support high-stakes transactions but also evolve into long-term decision-making tools.

Some of the key transactions he has supported include corporate fundraising, MandA, capital structure planning, credit rating analysis, renewable power, and real estate investment appraisal. Beyond transactions, he has also designed bespoke reporting tools for corporates, portfolio reporting platforms for funds, and forecasting solutions for operating businesses.

Every FAB Model is tailormade and built to FAST best practice standards, quality-checked through in-house software, and maintained by his team as an outsourced finance function, ensuring that models stay accurate, relevant, and decision-ready for years after a deal closes.

Craig is a professional advisor with over 24 years’ experience in banking, capital markets, and turnaround andamp; restructuring advisory, helping middle market to large corporate and family office clients navigate complex financing, investment, and strategic transactions.

He advises on both debt and equity matters – from structuring and executing significant financings, refinancings, and recapitalizations to evaluating and managing private and public equity investments. His expertise spans capital raising, transaction advisory, investor and ratings agency engagement, balance sheet and collateral structuring, credit profiling and pricing, and risk hedging strategies for interest rate, FX, and credit exposures.

Ayush brings over 13 years of experience in financial modelling and leads the project delivery team at FAB Analytics. He is responsible for mentoring modellers and ensuring but also evolve into long-term decision-making tools.
